Matt Hills Named Chief Operating Officer at OfficeWorks

OfficeWorks is excited to announce that Matt Hills has been named Chief Operating Officer.

Matt brings a rare combination of combat-tested leadership, business transformation expertise, and deep contract furniture industry experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer of OfficeWorks. A distinguished U.S. Army veteran with ten years of active service, including multiple deployments to Iraq as a front-line leader, Matt translated that discipline into a corporate career spanning post-merger integrations in the logistics sector, executive leadership roles across multiple industries, and ultimately deep immersion in the MillerKnoll dealer environment.

In addition to his broader executive leadership experience, Matt has deep familiarity with the MillerKnoll dealer environment. He previously led operations for a Chicago-area Certified MillerKnoll Dealer, transforming the company’s structure and operations while driving record company performance and growth.

After relocating to Indianapolis, Matt built a broad professional foundation across multiple sectors, providing technology consulting services including virtual CIO advisory and technology solutions design, and leading business development efforts with one of the largest construction management firms in the state. He brings with him a strong network of community and business relationships spanning both the public and private sectors.

Over the past year, Matt has worked closely with the OfficeWorks leadership team as a Senior Advisor and member of the OfficeWorks Board. He is not new to this team or this business and is fully committed to building on the momentum we have already created together.
