OfficeWorks is excited to welcome Charlisse Rodgers to the team as Strategic Partnership Manager based in Memphis, Tennessee.

Rodgers brings a unique blend of design, sales, and business development experience to OfficeWorks. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the University of Memphis and began her career at a local furniture dealership before advancing to Senior Interior Designer at APG Office Furnishings. She later joined MillerKnoll as a Market Development Executive before returning to APG. Today, she combines her design expertise with a passion for building meaningful partnerships and helping clients achieve their goals.

Originally from a large military family, Rodgers moved to Memphis at age three and has called the city home ever since. She and her husband, a military veteran, have been married for nearly 18 years and are raising three children. Their family also includes Drake, a loyal dog who enjoys protecting the yard, cuddles, playtime, and watermelon.

Outside of work, Rodgers enjoys connecting with people and learning about their unique perspectives. One of her most meaningful personal experiences was discovering her biological father through Ancestry.com, a connection neither knew existed. The experience strengthened her appreciation for the relationships and personal stories that shape our lives.

Looking ahead, Rodgers hopes to create a family-centered farm where multiple generations can live and grow together. She also aspires to make a positive impact in the Memphis community by bringing people from diverse backgrounds together and creating opportunities for collaboration and growth.

"I genuinely enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life and learning about their experiences. Sharing our stories helps strengthen our communities and create meaningful connections," said Rodgers.
