Mike Baker Joins BOLTT as Preconstruction Project Manager

Mike Baker has joined OfficeWorks’ BOLTT division as Preconstruction Project Manager. With over 20 years of experience in architecture, design, and construction management, Mike brings deep expertise in preconstruction planning, production design, and field execution. He has led complex residential and commercial projects, implemented process improvements, and guided cross-functional teams from concept through completion.

Mike holds degrees in business administration and computer-aided design and is known for aligning teams, streamlining workflows, and leading with intention. In his role at BOLTT, he helps ensure a seamless handoff from design to construction, keeping projects on track and well-coordinated from the start.

Outside of work, Mike is an avid cyclist who enjoys long rides as a way to stay focused, energized, and clear-headed, an approach that mirrors his professional mindset.

“I hope to grow and finish my career with OfficeWorks while helping to build BOLTT into the heavyweight champion of our industry,” Mike says. “Stability has been hard to come by throughout my life, and I believe I’ve finally found the right foundation to build on and reach the peak of my career goals.”
