Joe LeMark Joins BOLTT as New Project Manager

We’re excited to welcome Joe LeMark to OfficeWorks as our newest BOLTT Project Manager. Joe brings 30+ years of experience in construction, modular building, and facility renovation, with a strong track record of managing multimillion-dollar projects through clear communication, collaboration, and disciplined execution.

Most recently, Joe served as Market and Business Development Director for Volumod and Rise Modular, where he led full project pipelines, secured and delivered $8M+ in contracts, and maintained 100% milestone adherence. He previously owned Sweet Home Indiana Builders, completing more than 50 residential and multi-family remodels while strengthening his expertise in planning, vendor coordination, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Joe’s background also includes directing multi-state program rollouts at Virginia College and managing cross-functional operations teams. He is a Franciscan University alumnus, a State of Indiana Residential General Contractor, and certified in Crucial Conversations and Miller-Heiman sales training.

Outside of work, Joe contributes his construction expertise to Bishop Chatard High School, supports the Indianapolis Italian Festival, and enjoys outdoor time with his family.
