Coralie Coulombeau joins OfficeWorks as Customer Experience Concierge

Coralie Coulombeau has joined Fishers, Ind.-based Officeworks as a Customer Experience Concierge. In this role, Coulombeau will assist in all aspects of creating positive and memorable customer experiences.
Coulombeau joins the OfficeWorks team having moved from Reims, France where she gained customer representation experience in a variety of industries. Most recently, she freelanced as a voice actor, executive assistant, and producer for two alternate reality games and audio dramas.
“As much as I enjoyed the independence of working for myself, I was missing the connection with a team striving to do good and the opportunity to serve clients.”
Coulombeau aims to provide an inclusive experience for her clients. She is fluent in both French and English and continues to learn other languages including Mandarin, Latin, German, and Spanish.
In her free time, Coulombeau enjoys writing, lyricising, and singing in her online band. She is in the process of publishing her first novel.
