For nearly three decades, OfficeWorks has brought employees together each month for All-Staff. What began as a way to keep our team connected continues today, bringing together office staff, field teams, leadership, and employees across markets. As OfficeWorks grows, All-Staff gives us time to share what’s happening across the company, recognize our people, and connect with colleagues we may not work with every day.

With employees working across different roles, projects, and locations, we don’t always have the opportunity to see one another every day. All-Staff brings our office staff and field crew together in person.
